The National Council of Tax Benefits -CNBT- announces the 2025 call for the Tax Benefit for Income Not Constitutive of Rent and/or Occasional Profit, oriented to those organizations that have carried out projects of a scientific, technological or innovative nature.
It seeks that the related personnel, who have carried out direct activities in the field, may access the benefit as long as the compensation derives from resources destined for the project that promotes innovation and technological development.
To be eligible, candidate projects must be related to Reindustrialization Policy (fair energy transition, agro-industrialization and food sovereignty, reindustrialization in the health sector, among others) or Mission-Oriented Research and Innovation Policies- PIIOM (bioeconomy and territory, human right to food, energy transition, health sovereignty and social welfare, science for peace).
