The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, in accordance with the provisions of CONPES 4062, has developed and released a guide on Intellectual Property matters. Specifically, the guide is aimed at managing intellectual property resulting from R&D+I projects. It includes five chapters, one of which provides guidelines for managing IP at various stages of R&D+I projects.
Currently, the guide is available for public comments. No deadline has been set for the submission of comments, but for further information, you may contact Lucie Andrea Gutiérrez (luagutierrez@minciencias.gov.co).
This guide is part of a series of publications that began in 2022 with the release of the Guide for Technology Transfer.
