For How Long? If the company does not specify the duration, it is understood to be one year.
What Does the Warranty Include? The free repair of the good, as long as the good admits the repair. Otherwise, the replacement or refund of the money must be made. How to Be Exempt from Warranty Responsibility? The company must prove that the defect was caused by: force majeure or an unforeseen event, the actions of a third party, or improper use, installation, or maintenance by the consumer.
