The Financial Information and Analysis Unit (UIAF) has issued an official notice reminding entities subject to oversight by the Superintendency of Surveillance and Private Security, the Financial Superintendency of Colombia, Coljuegos, and the National Council for Games of Chance and Gambling of their obligation to keep their information up to date in the Online Reporting System (SIREL).
As part of this data update process, entities must verify that the primary contact information is accurate, including official communication channels. In addition, they must ensure that all users currently registered in the system remain affiliated with the organization; otherwise, those users must be deactivated.
