Oscar obtained his degree in Electronic Engineering in 1998 from Universidad Universidad Distrital in Bogotá and in 2020 he obtained his Law degree from Universidad La Gran Colombia. In 2020 he completed postgraduate studies and obtained the title of Conciliator.

As an Electronics Engineer, Oscar worked in the telecommunications area for more than 15 years in leading companies in the sector such as Siemens, Nokia Siemens Networks and Huawei, developing telecommunications projects in different countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. In 2015 he started working in the intellectual property area.

As a Patent Associate, Oscar integrates technical knowledge for patent drafting and prosecution and performs technical analysis of related information and documents. He also conducts interviews with inventors and development teams in order to extract technical information and apply it in the search, drafting and prosecution of patent applications.
