Camilo received his Law Degree from the Universidad Libre de Colombia (Bogotá), with two postgraduate degrees in Commercial Law and Civil Procedural Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom.
His practice has focused on litigation, dispute resolution, and settlement negotiation in Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition, and Consumer Protection. Throughout his career, he has worked as an associate in different Colombian law firms. Additionally, he completed an internship as a legal advisor to startups in London, England, and worked as a paralegal in a company in the same country. He has authored academic articles on Procedural Law and Intellectual Property, and has lectured in these areas. He is a member of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law (ICDP) and an ADR Young Member of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Camilo is part of OlarteMoure’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team, providing assistance in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. He is responsible for advising and representing clients in legal disputes and negotiating settlements, ensuring the effective defense of our clients’ interests.
