On 30 January 2018 –and due to a freedom of competition violation-, the Colombian Antitrust Authority (SIC in Spanish) confirmed the penalties imposed to seven private surveillance companies (which were directed by a same person in concealment).
The companies manipulated public tenders called by the Government for hiring surveillance.
