Nicolás Mateo graduated with a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in 2021 and earned a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same university in 2023.

He was affiliated with the Synthesis and Application of Peptide Molecules Research Group at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and his professional experience includes research in organic synthesis, pharmacological and toxicological analysis, development and validation of analytical methods, and the elaboration of research articles, publications, and posters for scientific conferences.

Currently, Nicolás is an associate in the patents department, where he focuses on the drafting and technical evaluation of patents, providing support in related tasks, and meeting deadlines.
