Nicolás obtained his law degree from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia), with a concentration in Commercial Law. Before graduating, he completed an internship at the Consulate General of Colombia in Houston (United States), which he secured through a competitive selection process. He completed a Legal English Diploma at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and subsequently earned a Specialization in Commercial Law from the same institution in 2024.

His professional practice has focused on Compliance, Corporate Law, and Corporate Governance, advising on regulatory and contractual compliance, risk management, and legal support for corporate and administrative matters. He has participated in due diligence processes, internal investigations, and legal support for clients and internal teams.

Since 2026, Nicolás has been with OlarteMoure as an Associate in the Compliance area, supporting advisory services to companies across different sectors in identifying and addressing their specific compliance needs.
