Several entities with jurisdictional functions, led by the Ministry of Justice and Law, including the National Directorate of Copyright, the National Superintendency of Health, the Superintendency of Companies, the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, the Financial Superintendence of Colombia, the General Maritime Directorate, and the Colombian Agricultural Institute, have joined efforts to create a unified platform for accessing case files and managing judicial procedures. This tool aims to streamline processes, enhance interaction with judicial management, reduce processing times, and strengthen citizens’ access to the administration of justice.
The platform will also incorporate a statistics-generating system that will serve as input for the formulation and decision-making of public policies.
“JustiFácil” was developed based on needs identified through focus groups with citizens, and it emerges as an initiative of the Executive Branch’s Intersectoral Justice Commission and its Technical Group. The Superior Council of the Judiciary, the National Archives, the National Agency for Legal Defense of the State, and the Inter-American Development Bank also took part in this initiative.
