Isabela is a lawyer from EAFIT University, graduating with the best average of her class. As a consequence of this achievement she received a full scholarship to pursue a master’s degree at this University. In addition, in the first semester of 2020 she received the honorary enrolment, recognition awarded for obtaining the best average in the entire Law School. In 2023 she completed a diploma in Intellectual Property Law at the EAFIT University.

In 2022 she started working at OlarteMoure as an intern in the Trademark area, later on she worked as a student and nowadays she is an Associate. Her practice focuses on the management of national and international trademark portfolios. She drafts opposition, opposition response, reply and appeal briefs, files cancellation actions and cancellation responses, conducts trademark background searches, trademark due diligence, and provides complete strategies for the protection and defence of distinctive signs.
