SIC must remove announcement of fine imposed on SAYCO

Bogotá’s 31st Administrative Court ordered the SIC to remove official publications announcing a fine against SAYCO, finding that the agency violated due process and harmed the organization’s reputation by publicizing a sanction that was neither final nor notified. The ruling also requires the SIC to issue a public clarification and to refrain from announcing sanctions before they become legally binding.
