Sofía obtained her law degree from the Universidad de Los Andes in October 2023, with a collateral LLM in Intellectual Property and an minor in social psychology.

Sofia started her professional career in a financial law firm, where she worked for a few months and gained experience in the contractual field. Her practice focuses on contracts, copyright and entertainment law. She specialises in drafting contracts for film productions, clearance, registration of works before the National Copyright Office in Colombia and the review of contracts within the corporate environment.

At OlarteMoure Sofía continues to develop her expertise in the entertainment and copyright industry, focusing her work on copyright protection and providing legal advice to clients in the process of creation and production of audiovisual content.
