Lusiana is a lawyer graduated from EAFIT University, with an emphasis on International Law. In 2019, she completed an academic exchange program at the University of Salamanca, Spain. In 2021, she participated in the Legal Design Seminar: New Technologies in Legal Services at the Universidad del Rosario, and in the general course on intellectual property offered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). In 2023, she attended the Fashion Law course at ASIPI. She is currently specializing in Commercial Law at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.

In 2021, she began working at OlarteMoure as an intern in the Anti-Piracy and Anti-Counterfeiting department, she currently serves as an associate attorney to the Antitrust, Unfair Competition and Consumer Law. She possesses knowledge in international law, private law, criminal law, and industrial property.

She has three years of experience in the preparation and execution of criminal actions for trademark infringements, client management and communication, and strategy planning for the national and international protection of intangible assets in the field of industrial property across sectors such as software, footwear, food, technology, alcoholic beverages, manufacturing, among others.
