Gabriela earned her law degree from Universidad Pontificia Javeriana, with an emphasis in international commercial law and tort law. She was admitted with preferential enrollment due to her high ICFES scores. Among her notable achievements is her thesis, “Cultural Expressions of Indigenous Communities in Colombia: Reflections on the Effectiveness of Legal Instruments for Legal Protection within the Colombian Legal System,” which received special recognition from the Private Law Department of the Faculty of Legal Sciences.
