Among her notable achievements is her thesis, “Cultural Expressions of Indigenous Communities in Colombia: Reflections on the Effectiveness of Legal Instruments for Legal Protection within the Colombian Legal System,” which received special recognition from the Private Law Department of the Faculty of Legal Sciences. Additionally, she secured funding for her graduation fees by ranking among the top ECAES nationwide.

Gabriela has 4 years of professional experience in law firms specializing in intellectual property. Her practice has been centered on the management of intellectual property rights, the protection of trademark portfolios for national and international companies, the negotiation of commercial exploitation contracts for copyright, and legal advisory for the organization of events in the music and entertainment industry, as well as transactions and settlements involving intangible assets.

At OlarteMoure, Gabriela is part of the Litigation & ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) area, where she oversees litigation, settlements, and transactions related to trademark and copyright infringements, as well as administrative annulments.
