Brian Alejandro Adames Bustos received his degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores in Bogotá in June 2016. During his studies, he specialized in areas such as fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, structural analysis, and internal combustion and jet engines. He also completed an Intensive English Language Program at Salem State University in the United States in May 2017. Additionally, he took the Introduction to Management Program at Universidad de La Sabana in December 2020. Among other academic achievements, Brian participated in the Energy Efficiency Management Seminar at Universidad de Oriente in Cancún, Mexico, in 2016.

Since June 2017, Brian has been working at OlarteMoure as a Patent Technical Associate, where he focuses on the strategic search and drafting of patent applications, ensuring the protection and value of each technological development, particularly in the engineering sector. His work includes the processing of patent applications in Colombia, the United States, and Latin America, as well as providing technical assistance in litigation cases. His experience in the field of aeronautical engineering allows him to bring a detailed and precise technical approach to each intellectual property project.
