Andres obtained his law degree from EAFIT University, with a solid background and training in personal data protection, contract law and international law. His professional experience includes OlarteMoure, where he started in the trademark area and later on he transfered to the Privacy and Personal Data Protection area.

Throughout his career, he has led the design and implementation of comprehensive personal data protection programmes in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with current regulations and adopting the highest standards in the field. Additionally, he has experience in various industries, such as transportation, pharmaceuticals, business services, education, oil and gas (midstream), technology, among others.
