Andrés received his degree in Mechatronic Engineering in 2007 from La Salle University. Likewise, he received his Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and New Creations from Rey Juan Carlos University in 2015.

Andrés has over 15 years of experience in developing patent portfolios, as well as advising on the prosecution and drafting of patent applications in the mechanical engineering, electronics, and software sectors in various countries such as Latin America, the United States, and Europe. He has also participated in the administrative litigation of patent applications.

Currently, he is part of the Patents, Patents Litigation, Strategic Intelligence, and OM Grow teams, supporting them with his expertise from the patents point of view.
