Frisby Spain must suspend use of trademark during litigation

The Commercial Court of Alicante ordered Frisby Spain to immediately suspend use of the “Frisby” brand while the dispute with Frisby Colombia proceeds. The ruling requires temporary removal of the website and Instagram content to prevent potential irreparable harm to the Colombian brand. Frisby Spain announced it will file an appeal before the Provincial Court. Despite four ongoing proceedings that currently prevent it from opening stores, the company confirmed it will continue its expansion plans, postponing the European launch to March 1, 2026.
