United States Supreme Court Decision in\u00a0Fourth Estate Public Benefits Corp. v. Wall-Street.com\u00a0<\/em>case, on 4 march 2019, stated that\u00a0copyrights must be registered before copyright holders can enforce their right<\/a><\/u>\u00a0by filing infringement suits.\u00a0 The Decision dictates that a mere application for registration will not be enough to protect copyright against infringement.<\/p>\n
