A new repression law on Anticompetitive<\/a>\u00a0Behavior in Peru became effective 19 February 2019<\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n

The most important reforms that this Law introduces are: i) offenses committed abroad can be investigated in Peru whenever they have effects in the country; ii) abuse of the right of action as a forbidden act; and, iii) a program of economic rewards is introduced.<\/p>\n
