The regulation aims to simplify and provide greater clarity to these procedures by expressly setting out the documentation to be submitted and the requirements that must be met by the parties involved. Among the most significant changes, it confirms that documents executed abroad will not require apostille certification or consular legalization to record assignments or name changes before the Argentine authority.<\/p>\n
The new regulation also introduces specific rules for certain types of rights transfers, including inheritance proceedings, trusts, asset divisions, and successive chains of assignments. Among other aspects, it clarifies the documentation required to support these transactions, establishes requirements for recording multiple transfers, and defines the circumstances in which an abbreviated chain-of-title procedure may be used to record ownership changes through a single filing.<\/p>\n
