href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/venture-capital-entrepreneurship\/\">Private Equity and Venture Capital<\/a> Ecosystem Report, highlighting that Colombia\u2019s industry reached USD 31.8 billion in committed capital (+12% vs. 2024), with venture capital leading in dynamism, accounting for 502 active investments.<\/p>\n<p>The report also highlights the 30% cap on foreign investments by pension funds (AFPs)\u2014which represent 42% of the industry&#8217;s capital\u2014and introduces Colcapital\u2019s 2026\u20132030 roadmap, which, in the areas of private equity and venture capital, will
