The investigation stemmed from a preliminary ex officio inquiry into the company\u2019s activities since entering the Colombian market in November 2025, including the review of more than 23,700 customer orders and complaints.<\/p>\n<p>The SIC identified potential issues related to delivery delays \u2014with more than 1,800 vehicles still pending delivery despite being scheduled for February and March 2026\u2014 as well as potentially misleading information regarding warranties, reservation conditions, and the availability of \u201cSupercharger\u201d charging infrastructure.
