The main irregularities identified fall into three key areas: <a href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/influencers-company-fined-for-misleading-advertising\/\">misleading information<\/a> and advertising, particularly regarding floor areas, finishes, and common areas; abusive or unbalanced contractual clauses; and failures to comply with warranty obligations. These include structural defects, moisture and cracking issues, delays in property delivery, incomplete delivery of common areas, and deficiencies in the deed registration process.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of these practices, the authority imposed significant sanctions on 38 construction companies and issued numerous rulings in favor of consumers.
