The document sets out 15 core principles \u2014including transparency, security, auditability, and human oversight\u2014 along with practical recommendations for judges and judicial institutions to ensure that AI supports rather than replaces human judgment. The initiative addresses significant capability gaps: only 9% of surveyed judicial operators have received AI training, despite 44% already using such tools.
