The ruling requires temporary removal of the website and Instagram content to prevent potential irreparable harm to the Colombian brand. Frisby <a href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/trademark-law-reform\/\">Spain<\/a> announced it will file an appeal before the Provincial Court.
