The resolution also clarifies the applicable rates when invoking the well-known status of a mark in opposition or cancellation proceedings, expanding the scope of this procedure.<\/p>\n<p>The updated fee structure maintains economic benefits for SMEs, higher education institutions, certified artisans, ethnic communities, and beneficiaries of post-conflict or business-strengthening programs, who will continue to receive discounts ranging from 25% to 50%.
