This measure aims to formalize their roles within the Colombian General Social Security Health System (SGSSS), as mandated by a 2019 Law.<\/p>\n<p>The resolution, dated September 4, 2025, sets comprehensive operational, financial, and governance standards. Key requirements include: implementing strong <a href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/health-model-to-improve-local-care\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">risk management systems<\/a> and codes of conduct, ensuring timely medication delivery within 48 hours, and reporting on specific performance and financial indicators. The regulation also mandates a new electronic registration portal for all GFs and OLTS.<\/p>\n<p>Entities have a nine-month transition period to comply with the new provisions.
