This initiative, led by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC), the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation, and the Attorney General&#8217;s Office, aims to align the Colombian legal framework with international standards.<\/p>\n<p>The bill incorporates clearer legal bases, updated principles of demonstrated responsibility and transparency, more effective penalties of up to 10,000 SMLMV or 5% of the offender&#8217;s income, and a special protection regime for children and adolescents.
