A selective post-market review will be conducted afterward, but only for cases that present a potential <a href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/regulatory-model-to-modernize-health-management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">health risk<\/a>, based on a prioritization matrix that considers factors such as product type, the applicant&#8217;s compliance history, complaints, or past inspections.<\/p>\n<p>If a procedure is not selected for post-market review, it will be automatically considered closed, allowing the applicant to proceed with commercialization processes more swiftly and with less administrative burden.<\/p>\n<p>This measure responds to the need to optimize resources in the face of growing demand for registrations, driven by the Entrepreneurship Law (Law 2069 of 2020), and seeks to balance regulatory efficiency with effective oversight.
