xml:lang=\"EN-US\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW148674519 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW148674519 BCX0\"> \u201cmacro areas\u201d:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun MacChromeBold SCXW84140701 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW84140701 BCX0\">Lack of adequate procedures for <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW84140701 BCX0\">establishing<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW84140701 BCX0\"> a PTEE (5.1):<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW84140701 BCX0\"> properly apply key elements such as the procedures for design and approval, compliance audits, dissemination and training, implementation of communication SCXW21545760 BCX0\">properly design<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW21545760 BCX0\"> a due diligence process concerning C\/TB risk.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW21545760 BCX0\" imposed sanction amounts to COP 88,000,000 for the three aforementioned breaches. Initially, the fine was set at COP 115,000,000; however, the company submitted documentation demonstrating certain actions aimed at complying with some of the observed requirements, although without fully addressing them. Accordingly, the sanction imposed by Resolution No. 240-011415 of July 11, 2024, is partially upheld for this company.
