On one hand, the <a href=\"https:\/\/minciencias.gov.co\/sala_de_prensa\/el-ministerio-ciencia-tecnologia-e-innovacion-participo-en-la-socializacion-del\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">draft bill<\/a> titled <em>\u201cBy which artificial intelligence is regulated to ensure its ethical and responsible development\u201d<\/em> seeks to establish a legal framework for the use of artificial intelligence in key sectors such as health, <a href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/how-to-use-generative-artificial-intelligence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">education<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/the-news-and-artificial-intelligence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">security<\/a>. This initiative promotes technological innovation while also proposing measures to mitigate the risks associated with large-scale personal data processing, including impact assessments and transparency requirements.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the <a href=\"https:\/\/sedeelectronica.sic.gov.co\/sites\/default\/files\/normativa\/Circular%20Ecosistema%20Fintech%202025%20v.8.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">draft regulation<\/a> <em>\u201cGuidelines on the processing of personal data in the Fintech ecosystem and in business models, applications, and processes that use technological means to provide financial services\u201d<\/em> sets out specific directives for data controllers and processors operating in the Fintech sector.
