This new regulation replaces the former SIPLAFT system with a more robust framework aimed at enhancing security and transparency in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>The resolution expands the list of entities required to implement SARLAFT, including public passenger transport companies, transportation infrastructure concessionaires, special and mixed transport companies, port companies, port operators, and other key players in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>To comply with this regulation, companies must adopt new measures such as appointing a Compliance Officer, reporting suspicious activities to the UIAF, and conducting <a href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/essential-category-due-diligence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">due diligence<\/a> procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Obligated entities will have eight months from the publication of the Resolution to meet the requirements, while new actors will have the same period from the notification of the enabling requirement or registration with the competent authority.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The resolution expands the list of entities required to implement SARLAFT, including public passenger transport companies<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":4416301,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"on","_et_pb_old_content":"<!-- wp:divi\/placeholder \/-->","_et_gb_content_width":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[59,155],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4416300","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-newsletter-en","category-compliance-en"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.4 (Yoast SEO v27.4) -
