Last year 2024, a new lawsuit from a news outlet to an artificial intelligence company occurred in New York.<\/p>\n

This time, it was the turn of Dow Jones & Co., publisher of The Wall Street Journal, and the New York Post, who filed a copyright infringement lawsuit, with trademark dilution and false designation of origin claims, against Perplexity, an AI startup.<\/p>\n
