This registration must be carried out using the provisional platform made available by the SPDP, with a final deadline of January 31, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>This development highlights the increasing importance of <a href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/data-protection-officer-position\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Data Protection Officers<\/a> across Latin America, who have become key figures not only in ensuring <a href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/compliance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">compliance<\/a> with <a href=\"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/compliance-with-data-regulation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">personal data regulations<\/a> in each jurisdiction but also in aligning organizational practices with international standards.
