Some of its most notable aspects include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The creation of the National Cybersecurity Agency (ANCI), responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and controlling public and private entities impacting information security.<\/li>\n<li>The establishment of the National Computer Security Incident Response Team (National CSIRT) and the obligation to report cyberattacks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Consequently, on December 24, 2024, Decree with Force of Law (&#8220;DFL&#8221;) No. 1-21.663 was published in the Official Gazette, stating that ANCI will begin its operations on January 1, 2025. Additionally, it was established that Cybersecurity Law No. 21.663 will come into force on that same date.
