Under these new provisions, it is no longer possible to import drugs and medical devices without sanitary registration. <\/p>\n<p>Previously, companies could obtain a sanitary registration through an expedited process if certain equivalency requirements were met. This allowed them to offer products without marketing authorization to address specific needs in the sector. <\/p>\n<p>Now that these provisions have ended, companies can no longer participate in public tenders without a marketing authorization.
