At its recent session on June 20, the Colombia Film Promotion Committee (CPFC) approved a significant restructuring in the allocation of funds, with the aim of encouraging diversity in the audiovisual sector.<\/p>\n<p>The FFC has decided to distribute its budget equally, allocating 50% to films and 50% to series and video clips. Thus, both film and audiovisual productions will receive an equal amount of $5,275,198,935. However, the budget available for series and video clips is $1,775,198,935 due to resources already allocated to previous projects.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum consideration per project remains at $3,500 million pesos, thus seeking to ensure broad participation and support for diverse initiatives.
