As a result, the league must pay USD 4.7 billion to fans and USD 96 million to subscriber bars.<\/p>\n<p>The jury found that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/trademarks-101-super-bowl-exclusivity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the NFL<\/a> had created an unfair <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/conferencia-anual-derecho-internacional-antimonopolios-y-politica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">monopoly<\/a> in the distribution of the broadcast of its Sunday afternoon games to an exclusive premium subscription service.<\/p>\n<p>If replicated in Colombia, this type of decision could impact companies such as WIN Sports, which controls the exclusive rights to important sporting events.
