The SIC set a goal to process around 29.000 pending lawsuits within a period of 48 days. This week, the Delegation of Judicial Affairs of the SIC provided a report on their strategy, reporting a 100% effectiveness in meeting their target.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the suspension of the procedural terms, the SIC implemented several measures as part of their plan. These measures included the technical classification of cases by the specialty and technical proximity, a real inventory of the cases under the Delegation\u2019s jurisdiction and responsibility, and the adoption of a new judicial decision structure to enable parties to identify the subject of the litigation and the legal issue to be resolved.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the SIC resumed procedural terms on June 11 2024 and reinstate all digital channels for filing lawsuits and briefs.
