The lawsuit accuses these companies of controlling the majority of concert ticket sales and promotions in the country, leading to high prices and fewer opportunities for independent artists and promoters.<\/p>\n<p>Live Nation-Ticketmaster uses exclusive contracts and local purchases to maintain its control, imposing high fees on fans and pressuring artists to use its promotional services.
