From April 10th, consumers can join the mentioned Registry with the purpose of avoiding both the receipt of advertising text messages, as well as other contact channels such as app messages, emails, and commercial calls.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with this update, producers and service providers are obliged to consult the RNE before contacting registered <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/financial-consumer-protection-habeas-data\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">consumers<\/a>.
