The Circular establishes procedures for authorization, reporting, and rectification of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/financial-control-with-information-requirements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">financial information<\/a>, as well as handling of complaints and habeas data-related tutelage actions.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, supervised entities are urged to adjust their procedures to ensure full compliance with Law 1266 of 2008, i.e., the Special <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/digital-economy-antitrust-laws-data-protection\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Data Protection<\/a> Regime, in response to the increase in complaints of fraud and habeas data in 2023.
