The French DPA declared the inactivity measurement system illegal. It considered the system for measuring the speed of the scanner during the storage of objects to be excessive and found the retention of all data and statistics for 31 days to be disproportionate.<\/p>\n<p>The Authority recognized the need to monitor employee activity due to the Company&#8217;s constraints and high-performance targets.
