{"id":4400985,"date":"2023-12-01T10:01:29","date_gmt":"2023-12-01T15:01:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/?p=4400985"},"modified":"2023-12-01T10:01:42","modified_gmt":"2023-12-01T15:01:42","slug":"standards-transparency-ethics-programs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olartemoure.com\/en\/standards-transparency-ethics-programs\/","title":{"rendered":"Standards for transparency and public ethics programs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; width=&#8221;100%&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;0px||0px||true|false&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][et_pb_column _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;1.1em&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.5em&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>The Administrative Department of the Presidency of the Republic (DAPRE) published the Draft Decree &#8220;By which the standards of the Transparency and Public <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/ethics-transparency-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ethics Programs<\/a>&#8221; (PTEP) are adopted.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the Project is to establish minimum guidelines to be adopted by public entities to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/anti-corruption-and-risk-assessment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prevent corruption<\/a> and ensure their effective and efficient operation.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the implementation of a System for the Control of Corruption and Fraud, the Project establishes the guidelines on which the obligated entities must implement a Risk Management System for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/anti-money-laundering-regulation-update\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Money Laundering<\/a>, Financing of Terrorism, and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (SARLAFT\/FPADM).<\/p>\n<p>Thus, national authorities must adopt the Transparency and Public Ethics Programs no later than one year after the publication of the Decree.
