Therefore, the Call contributes to the fulfillment of the National Development Plan in accordance with the productive economy through reindustrialization and the Bioeconomy.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the Ministry requires that the proposals must be submitted through a Strategic Alliance formed by the following actors: i) a Higher Education Institution; ii) a public, private or mixed Technological Development Center; and iii) a company located in Colombia that develops R+T+I projects.
