It particularly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/eu-digital-markets-act\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">targeted advertising<\/a> in electronic media.<\/p>\n<p>Among these guidelines, some of the most important measures include increasing transparency in the use of users&#8217; personal data for targeted advertising, using digital tools to provide users with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/privacy-by-design-businesses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">privacy controls<\/a>, and making identifiable icons available for users to clarify their advertising preferences (such as, for example, the &#8220;AdChoices&#8221; symbol).<\/p>\n<p>These practices show the growing interest of industries in implementing privacy-focused guidelines to address the legal gaps left by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/standard-privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">privacy and data protection<\/a> regulations, particularly in the case of new technologies.
