All copyright issues had been dealt with before by the IP Subdirectorate of the Ministry of Culture and Sports. The creation of this entity took place within the Spanish Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.<\/p>\n<p>According to UNISON Rights, Spain has been experiencing problems in copyright approach and management, as a result of new technologies such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/metaverse-forgery-nfts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NFTs<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olartemoure.com\/en\/copyright-ai-art\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AI<\/a>, which have increased the number of works created in a short period of time.
