Constitutional Court has unified the appeal regime established in the General Code of Process (GCP)<\/a>, through decision SU-418.<\/p>\n

The decision was taken after analyzing four cases in which evidence was found of the existence of contrary positions in civil jurisdiction regarding the processing of appeals, which creates a clear violation of the right to equality of citizens who access the justice system.<\/p>\n

The Court stated that in order to achieve uniformity in judges decisions, the appeal must be sustained before the superior court in a support and ruling hearing. Not doing so would be grounds for the court dismissing the appeal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
